The Experience
Walk in from the sun-baked street and the temperature drops a few degrees, the light softens, and suddenly you're looking at rows of Burgundy, Bordeaux, Champagne, Provençal rosé, and a smattering of Italian and New World bottles arranged with more care than square footage. It's compact, intimate, and unhurried — closer to a neighborhood caviste in Paris than a duty-free liquor barn.
